Frédéric Maindive / violin

Born in 1973. At the age of five, he began studying violin. Later he
passionately dedicated himself to alto and attended the CNSM
(Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique) in Paris in the class of
Jean Sulem in 1996. After having played as soloist with the Orchestre
Français des Jeunes (French orchestra of young musicians), the
Orchestre des Jeunes de la Méditerranée (Orchestra of young musicians
from the Mediterranean), he joined the Orchestre Philarmonique de
Radio France (philarmonic orchestra of French state-owned radio) in
2002. He has taken part in numerous recordings of albums or film
sound-tracks (Angélique Kidjo, Henri Salvador, Kissogram, Jérémy
Chatelain, Sofia Essaïdi...)
